The Last Thing You Want in a Bath Is a Harsh Glare – This Display Glows Gently, Like a Nightlight for Your Tub

2026-07-07

A bath is supposed to be a retreat—a few minutes of warmth, quiet, and solitude after a long day. But then you glance at the monitor that shows water temperature and quality, and it hits you: a cold, blue-white glare that cuts through the steam like a flashlight in the dark. Suddenly, you’re not relaxing anymore. You’re squinting, turning the display away, wishing you could just turn it off. But you need the data. You just don’t want to be assaulted by it.

That’s the problem ENRICH set out to solve.

Our VA negative segment LCD isn’t designed to grab your attention. It’s designed to be there when you need it, and invisible when you don’t. The black background absorbs light rather than reflecting it. The white characters appear soft, not aggressive—like the glow of a nightlight, not the beam of a searchlight. You can read the water temperature, the pH level, the filter status, without breaking the calm of the bath.

And because it’s a bath, steam is inevitable. Most displays would fog up, droplets forming on the surface, blurring the numbers until you wipe them away with a wet hand. ENRICH’s FPC connector is sealed to resist moisture and steam, keeping the internals dry and the screen clear. No more wiping. No more squinting. Just data, steady and readable, even when the room is thick with vapour.

The 6:00 viewing angle means you don’t have to lean forward or tilt the display. It’s designed for the way you actually sit in a bath—relaxed, slightly reclined, eyes naturally looking down. The numbers fall right into your line of sight, without you having to adjust your posture.

From the chill of a cool morning to the heat of a deep soak, the display works across -10°C to +60°C (and stores safely from -20°C to +70°C). It doesn’t complain about temperature swings. It doesn’t fade when it gets warm. It just does its job, quietly and reliably.

The best part? You almost forget it’s there. And that’s exactly the point.
