OEM custom symbols for pricing and stock status were molded right on the first try, significantly shortening our time-to-market.
The smart commercial popcorn machine is equipped with this VA negative dot matrix screen on its control panel. The 12 o'clock viewing angle lets operators read kettle temperature and stirring speed naturally in front of the unit. The white backlighting stays clear in dim theater lighting, with exceptional black-on-white contrast. Cinemas report perfect popcorn every batch, with a noticeable increase in customer return visits.
The VA negative LCD costs significantly less than TFT yet sufficiently displays voltage and current. Reasonable pricing and stable quality make it competitive in the entry-level market. FPC simplifies assembly, keeping BOM well-controlled.
