The biggest concern with dot matrix screens is missing rows/columns or uneven pixel brightness. But after powering up this batch, every pixel is perfectly uniform, character edges are sharp and clear, with no missing or dark dots. Your process control in COG bonding and driver tuning is truly excellent.
